Day 1: Hanoi Arrival - Noi Bai Airport Pick up - Hotels in Hanoi (No Meal)

Welcome to Hanoi, Vietnam. Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, our driver will pick you up and transfer to your hotel in Hanoi old quarter, we are waiting for your arrival and pick you up at any time in the early morning or late at the midnight, it is all easy for our driver who has your name on the pick-up sign and waiting for you at the arrival gate. We have a team of driver at the airport with 24h/24h, therefore, we could pick you up easy at any time.
Today, you get your free and easy time to explore hanoi old quarter by yourself.

Day 2: Hanoi - Lan Ha Bay - Luxury 4-Star Cruise (Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner)

09:00 - 09:30: Our big Shuttle Bus with air-conditioned and English speaking guide will collect you from your hotel in Hanoi and convey you to Hai Phong Express Highway (2,5 Hours only) and arrrival at the Got Harbour at approximately 11:30am.
12:00: You will be taken aboard our support vessel and travel from the wharf via the bay to board our luxurious craft Sapphire Cruise. You will be welcomed aboard and greeted with a complimentary drink. Our friendly and professional crew will conduct a compulsory safety procedure session and then you are free to check into your cabin and freshen up. We encourage you to explore our luxuriously-appointed ship then watch the magical landscape while its cruising.

13:15: A special lunch of fresh seafood and an assortment of appetizing delicacies will be served. You will be enchanted when decadently dining on our luxury cruise, our lavish interpretation of a traditional Vietnamese boat. Life just doesn’t get better than this! We then set sail for Lan Ha Bay, passing Da Chong islet where you can see an ancient lighthouse built by the French over a century ago.

15:00: The final part of the cruise takes us through the Cua Van area to Lan Ha bay (Part of Halong Bay). The 300 or so karst islands and limestone outcrops of Lan Ha are stunning with their pristine, snow-white beaches. You can Explore Ba Trai Dao beach via kayaks or immerse yourself in the crystal clear waters.

17:00: It’s time to return to your lavish liner and cruise to your evening accommodation.
17:30 - 18:30: Happy hour? We offer an extensive drinks list including special offers such as two for one drinks.
19:15: You can spoil yourself with a unique Dinner in our distinctive restaurant.

20:45 - 12:00: It is now time to relax with an exotic cocktail and drink in the evening landscape. Our bar offers a wide range of wine, beer and liqueurs and is always a welcome sight for guests after a day sailing on the Bay. You can order an indulgent spa service, watch movies, go squid fishing or simply relax on our roof top deck under the cover of a brightly illuminated sky. Day 3: Halong Bay - Hanoi - Sapa by overnight Bus (Breakfast + Lunch)

06:30: The morning is the best time of the day on Lan Ha Bay. You might like to head to the upper deck to participate in our daily Tai Chi sessions or relax with an early morning cup of tea, coffee or juice to watch the stunning scenery unfold before you.
07:00: A light breakfast of pastries, tea and coffee will be served in our restaurant.

7:30 - 9:15: The final stage of your trip is to be taken through the mysterious caves and amongst the remote islets via local rowing boats. The breath-taking beauty of this World Heritage region will certainly impress you. Following this, you will journey back to the main ship.

09:30: It’s time to check out of your cabin as we draw closer to the mainland. After a final early brunch and a last farewell from our crew at 11:30, you will board our transfer boat and head back to the wharf where you will be met by your return trip vehicle to transfer you to Hanoi.
15:30 - 16:00: Arrival in Hanoi - Get drop-off at your hotel or at our travel office in Hanoi. Enjoy your free time and free shower before getting pick up for sapa.
21:30: Pick up from your hotel in hanoi, or pick up from our travel office by our van transfer from your hotel or office to our big sleeping bus.
22:00: The bus start going from Hanoi to Sapa by New Express Highway, we will stop in the middle of the way to relax, then continue going to sapa. From Hanoi to Sapa it takes about 6-hours on our sleeping bus, so we are going to arrive in sapa at about 4:30 am in the morning. 

Day 4: Sapa Tours - 3-star Hotel in Sapa (Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner)

4:30: The bus will arrive early in the morning in Sapa town at about 4:30 am, then you can keep sleep on the bus until we are coming to pick you up. we normally let you sleep on the bus until about 5:30am or 6:00 am then coming to pick you up to our hotel for free shower, breakfast, relax...
9:00 - 9:30: Transfer 6 km by jeep or van. Followed by a 2km walk down to Lao Chai village, and continue a further 3 km to Ta Van village where the Dzay minority people live.Here you will enjoy lunch provided for you in a local family home, all for you to discover their daily life, works and special custom, enjoy landscapes… After lunch we will trek through bamboo forest to Giang Ta Chai village - home of the red Dzao. Nearby we will rest at a wonderful watter fall followed by a rattan bridge crossing taking us back to the Jeep for our return to Sapa. You will have free time untill your included dinner in Sapa Cuisine restaurant. After dinner the romantic town of Sapa is all yours to enjoy.

Day 5: Sapa Tours - Hanoi - Stay in Hotel (Breakfast + Lunch)

We will be walking down to the South-west of Sapa (around 4 km) to visit Cat Cat village where the Black H’mong reside. Relax at the food of the stunning waterfall and the remnants of a hydroelectric power station that was constructed by the French during the colonial time. Enjoy picnic lunch by the riverside, and after lunch continue on for 3 km to Sin Chai, which is located at the foot of Fansipan Mountain, also known as “the roof of Vietnam and Indochina”. From here we take in the beautiful picturesque view before returning to Sapa by Jeep/van. There will be some free time for you to find a local cafe or restaurant for dinner before being transferred to Lao Cai train station.

Day 6: Hanoi  Free Time - Transfer to Noi Bai Airport (Breakfast)

Today, you are goin to enjoy your free time for walking and shopping around Hanoi Old Quarter. and relax for coffee before having pick up to transfer from Hanoi to Noi Bai International Airport.

Children policies:

• A group with 2 adults and 1 child: the child under 5 years old is FOC, sharing bed with parents.
• A group with 2 adults & children: One child under 5 years old is FOC, the other children under 5 years old are charged at 75% based on adult rate, sharing bed with parents.
• Children from 5 to under 9 years old are charged at 75% based on adult rate, sharing bed with parents.
• Children from 9 years old are charged at 100% based on adult rates, sharing bed with parents.
• 100% adult ticket will be charged for 2nd child, because two adults booking 1 cabin with 1 big bed which is not possible to stay all 4 people on a bed and it is also uncomfortable for sharing seats on bus and sharing food with parents during the tours, that is why the second child will be charged 100% as the adult price, it makes sure that we are going to bring your family a happy holiday.
